We have a second vote for you. The reason we were not able to ask you to vote for the Article changes at the same time as the GC voting, is because our current CBL has strict dates and timing written into it. We had to post the Article changes for 30 days before we are allowed to send out a ballot for it. The end of 2025 and all of 2026 will see a complete overhaul of our outdated, lengthy CBL. Not much will change per se, we are just
trying to shorten it, make it easier to find things and simplify the legal language in it. You will be asked to vote on sections of it over the next 14 months.
